    Why is there a 'Reply to Thread' button at the top of each thread? I don't see it as useful when I'm at the bottom of a page reading the latest post. Is there a reason for it that I'm not seeing?

    I think you read my question wrong. I'm using vB4 Default Style.

    default vb settings has it at the top and bottom. no clue why. its the same on the other vb forums i'm on. never gave it any thought.

    It's there for today's younger society to comment on everything without getting all of the facts (read first post, none of the responses) because, let's face it, their opinion is IMPORTANT.
