Its a 99 sentra se-l, had a 2.0 liter 4 cylinder (Sr20de), and swapped in a stock VQ35de 3.5 liter v6 from a maxima (same motor as the altima 3.5, and 350z as well)... stock except headers, intake, AEM ecu, and a 3 inch exhaust. This setup generally runs low 12s high 11s on 00-04 sentras.

I could only assume they are MUCH lighter. Even then, sounds like low 12s is farfetched. You put an LS1 into an FC or FD and its still only good for mid 12s, with a crazy power/weight ratio.

A stock LS1/T-56 in a FC has been known to crack a 12.0 in good conditions.
Edit: Actually now I remember it was a bone stock pullout with a Z06 cam, and drag radials.

remember that guy from omaha that claimed he had put a VQ in his 2000+ sentra, then like 9 months later he posts the car up for sale on here and somehow it's back to being a stock motor. lol

That is oddly fast for a stock N/A engine swap in a FWD.

How much does that car weigh? Most sources are saying around 2,600 lbs. I assume the added weight of the 3.5L has to put the car up to around 2,800-2,900ish? I could be wrong, but the ballpark has to be close.

I think the 350Z's weigh around 3.150 and usually put down around 230whp on average according to some Zforum guys. I know it isn't too comon for the Z to hit 13s in stock form. I guess I would be surprised to see a 350Z crack a 12 with 300lbs less (similar to a 3.5 swapped Sentra) let alone adding FWD to the equation too. That is just my thoughts anyway. Anything is possible I guess..
